Man on Fire – The fire of revenge is the title of the film aired on Rai 4 tonight Monday, December 1st. The film was released in 2004 and directed by Tony Scott, it is the remake of Kidnapping – Danger in agguato, of 1987 a French-Italian production, taken from the novel of A.J. Quinnell, which is titled Man on fire. The overall collection of the film was $130 million, an Indian remake was also created in 2005. In the middle there is the story of a former CIA agent who lives tormented by guilt and finds himself guarding the daughter body of a rich man in Mexico.

After travelling around the world, he returns to Mexico to find his old friend and former colleague, Paul Rayburn, who runs a bodyguard agency and business is very well, given the high rate of kidnappings of people belonging to wealthy families. Paul learns in those days that the Ramos spouses need a bodyguard for his daughter and offers them his friend Creasy. After some initial hesitation, man accepts the assignment. On his way to the house, the agent knows Lisa Ramos and the little Pita. On the following days, bringing the child to school, Creasy demonstrates that he is annoyed by all the questions he asks. But Pita is a sweet and very awake girl, the agent ends up getting attached and the two become very great friends.
