Scena follows a group of students between 18 and 19 years, from different Italian regions and united by the dream of shining in the competitive world of entertainment. In the picturesque village of Arco, in Trentino, they face an intense training path that will culminate in the awarding of a scholarship for the prestigious High Academy Musical School in New York and the possibility of acting in a Broadway production.
Here, under the guidance of a charismatic and tormented director – interpreted by Giorgio Panariello, who has complex relationships with his former, strong and pragmatic woman (Euridice Axen)-, a dragging vocal coach (Arianna Mattioli) and a passionate and lively dance teacher (Anna Favella), young people face an intense path of formation.
But it also wants to be a journey through the emotions, aspirations and insecurities of a generation raised with social media. A little coming-of-age, a little YA, an ideal product for streaming with a series of actors coming from the web in the cast.
Rivality, friendships, loves: each of them will be called to discover himself and his talent to conquer a place in the world of show without betraying others. At the center of the dynamics, the love triangle between Christian (Tommaso Cassissa), Asia (Ginevra Francesconi) and Riccardo (Emanuele Porzio), while other characters like Giulia (Sabrina Martina), Sofia (Margherita Morchio), Simon (Seydou Sarr), Vincenzo (Giovanni Scotti) and Beatrice (Alice Maselli) intertwin their personal stories in a crescendo of emotions.

Filming took place from 28 October to 7 December 2024 in the places of Trentino culture where the stories of the protagonists blend perfectly with the landscape: Arco, with its spectacular landscapes and its Castle; the Central Fies, a former hydroelectric power plant, now a place dedicated to art, perfect setting for the theatre academy; the Zandonai Theatre of Rovereto scene of the auditions thanks to its elegant architecture.
