Frank Penny is a disgraceful cop who is trying in every way to find a chance to redeem himself after killing a kidnapper of children. This chance comes before him when the captain’s daughter, Volk, is kidnapped. Penny will then try to save the girl, but she has only a little more than an hour before it’s too late.
To solve this case, Penny will fold the rules to her liking and in this will help from the vlogger, Ava Brooks, who together with her camera will witness the entire operation, live streaming.
