Thursday, January 22, 2026 on 20 air the third chapter of the classic saga, Jurassic Park 3 tonight at 21:10 on channel 20 and Mediaset Infinity. Jurassic Park’s third film was released in 2001, directed by Joe Johnston, cashing much less than the first two films, only $368 million worldwide.
Jurassic Park 3, la trama
The film continues the story of Alan Grant, the paleontologist who eight years earlier had already experienced the dangers of the park on Isla Nublar. Today the scientist is contacted by Amanda and Paul Kirby, two millionaires who want to finance his research on the intelligence of Velociraptors, but to do so Grant must accept to return to the island to study them. Given the large funding proposed, Grant will not be able to refuse, and will go on the island accompanied by the student Billy Brennan.
Following a technical problem, the plane on which they traveled had to land on the nearby Isla Sorna, so the group will have to go into the wild forest to reach the research center and contact the rescues, and of course they will face the raptors.
Grant falls into a trap organized by animals, but is rescued by a mysterious character named Erik Kirby, the missing son of the two spouses who funded the mission. The 12-year-old fell on the island while paragliding. Now that they can continue the mission, the group will face numerous dangers. In addition to the raptors, they will face a Spinosaur but also the Pteranodonti, a species that flies.
