Tonight on TV Friday, January 23, 2026 on Iris will air the film “Gran Torino” directed by Clint Eastwood who also dresses the roles of the protagonist, along with Bee Vang and Ahney Her. The film was released in 2008 and cashed around $269.9 million worldwide, of which 148 million in the US market. In Italy, released by Warner Bros, the film cashed €9.1 million. Overall a good success for those years and a film always loved by the public. Gran Torino, la trama
The plot of Gran Torino tells the story of Walt Kowalski, who recently lost both his wife and the fact that the children and their families did not show up at the funeral gave him no comfort.
