Friday 16 February on Italy 1 continues the saga dedicated to the most unfortunate and lucky pirate at the same time, of the cinema: Jack Sparrow. The appointment with the fourth film of the Pirate of the Caribbean saga is for Thursday at about 21:20 also on Mediaset Infinity. The title of the film is Pirates of the Caribbean: Beyond the borders of the Sea, which continues the story of Jack Sparrow, abandoning his co-protagonists interpreted by Orlando Bloom and Keira Knightley and sees the entry into the cast of Penelope Cruz.
The film was released in Italian theatres in 2011 and is the fourth chapter of the new trilogy. The film in 2011 was an extraordinary success, cashing $1 billion and $45 million worldwide. In Italy, however, it cashed 17 million euros in the first eight weeks of programming.

The fourth film begins when a shipwreck is found off the Spanish coast and reveals to be aware of the location of the Source of Joy. Thus the King Ferdinand VI of Spain and King George II of England are to be the first to find it.

Jack Sparrow is imprisoned in London in the Royal Palace, and after organizing an escape all but quiet he goes to the inn “The Daughter of Captain” to find out who is using his name. It discovers that it is Angelica Teach (Penelope Cruz) an old flame and daughter of Edward “Barbanera” Teach. The woman abducts him and takes him to the father’s ship, who wants to find the Source to acquire eternal youth and cancel a curse.
But it is not so simple, first you have to find the two silver chalices belonging to Ponce de Leone. Those who drink from that with tears will be young forever, but those who drink from what contains simple water, grow old instantly.
The two missions will be at the source, but the struggle is interrupted by the arrival of the Spanish, who instead want to destroy it. Will they?

La saga
Produced by Jerry Bruckheimer, the saga was born from the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction present in Disney parks and gave birth to five films as well as comics and novels. Protagonist is the pirate Jack Sparrow played by Johnny Deep and, above all thanks to the great feedback of the first films, has cashed over four and a half billion to the box office.
