How does the hype grow on a title? Starting to talk about it soon, very soon, officially with the first images and not only with the most official news. Especially if at the cinema there is a title like Tempestrous Peaks that rekindled the lighthouse on the romantic stories of the past adapted by important novels. So Netflix takes advantage of the trail and launches the teaser trailer of Orgoglio and Prejudice, adaptation in 6 episodes of Jane Austin’s novel coming next fall.
In the first pictures we see Elizabeth Bennet (Emma Corrin) and Mr Darcy (Jack Lowden) ready to beat the hearts of spectators. The miniseries, written by Dolly Alderton (All I know about love) and directed by Euros Lyn (Heartstopper) – will arrive on Netflix in autumn, faithfully bringing back to life the iconic Jane Austen novel and at the same time inspiring a new generation to fall in love with it for the first time.
Orgoglio e pregiudizio, la trama
Adaptation is defined very faithful and rigorous of the novel. We are in the 19th century, the Bennett family lives in Longbourn in Hertfordshire, England. Mr. Bennet has five daughters all to marry and hopes to succeed in doing so in order to have a male heir for the estate. Elizabeth the second-born, came across Mr. Darcy and among them a surprising bond arises.
