Tonight on TV Thursday, February 26, 2026 on Rai Movie will air the film Heat – The challenge of Michael Mann, intense crime thriller that for the first time sees face to face two sacred monsters of the cinema like Robert De Niro and Al Pacino (who had already worked together in Il Padrino – Part II without finding themselves in the same scene). The film resumes the 1989 film Six Solo, Agent Vincent directed by Mann himself. Thanks also to the push of the two protagonists, the film earned in 1995 187 million dollars internationally, with 67 in the USA and the remaining 120 in the rest of the world.
Heat La sfida la trama del film
The Heat plot – The challenge takes us through the streets of Los Angeles where Detective Hanna arrives at the crime scene of a robbery at a value-holder ended with the murder of escort agents. The shot was performed by the expert Neil McCauley along with his well-established group, friends Chris Shiherlis, Michael Cheritto, Trejo and the new recruit Waingro. And it is precisely the latter who committed the murders by impulsiveness, going against the indications of the band that normally had always avoided bloody acts.
McCauley wants to score the last blow of his career, the biggest ever. But on his tracks there is the detective willing to stop him. The challenge between the two will be the engine of all the action.
