CG Entertainment launches the 4K Icons necklace, proposing for the first time in Full HD Blu-ray or in Ultra HD 4K some cult films of the cinema, Italian and international.
Among the most prestigious releases we mention the double disc box, Blu-ray and 4K, of the restored 4K version of New Cinema Paradiso (CG/Cristaldi), the masterpiece by Giuseppe Tornatore winner of the Oscar Award, which inaugurates CG 4K Icons. The new home video necklace celebrates the masterpieces of Italian and international cinema with 4K editions curated and of high quality, designed for collectors and fans of great cinema.
For lovers of cult cinema, the return of perverse hallucination – Jacob’s Ladder, the visionary masterpiece of Adrian Lyne with Tim Robbins, available in a new edition restored 4K UHD Dolby Vision. The film is accompanied by On the Rungs of Jacob’s Ladder, the documentary by Didier Allouch with Adrian Lyne, Tim Robbins and Bruce Joel Rubin.
Italian wedding, the masterpiece by Vittorio De Sica interpreted by Sophia Loren and Marcello Mastroianni, candidate for Oscar and symbol of Italian comedy, is first published in the 4K UHD edition within the necklace. The same fate touches Federico Fellini’s Amarcord in a restored version, Oscar at Best Foreign Film.

Closes the month (on 23) the publication in 4K UHD of the masterpiece of the Italian comedy The usual unknown of Mario Monicelli.
In July instead great wait for two great releases: the cult of the golden years of Italian cinema A special day of Ettore Scola with Sophia Loren and Marcello Mastroianni. He always follows the 14 Seduced and abandoned by Pietro Germi with Stefania Sandrelli who has recently turned off 80 candles.
