In a Detroit in the hands of the sick, the streets are invaded by violence and drugs and corruption is part of the life of all citizens or almost. For Lino (David Belle) every day is a struggle to live a honest life. But when a drug boss kidnaps his girlfriend, Lino is forced to cooperate with Damien Collier (Paul Walker), an undercover cop who is investigating something much more disturbing, a plot to devastate the entire city. Together they discover a network of corruption that will take them to the rooms of power where politics and corruption go hand in hand.
