Kelsey is a teenager who has just lost his mother for breast cancer and decides to run a half marathon to honor his memory, also collecting funds by sharing his path on social media. But this attracts Billy’s attention to a shy employee of a supermarket who gave up everything to care for his mother, a former dancer forced into a wheelchair after an accident. When Kelsey publishes a social post about her training, Billy, kidnaps her and locks her in the attic of her mother’s unknowing. The boy manages to keep Kelsey hidden, abusing her, tormenting her and controlling every aspect of her life. As long as his mother Debbie doesn’t notice the prisoner and decides to help her escape. The two trapped women train against the common enemy to save themselves but will have to find the courage to rebel before it is too late.
