Silo, what awaits us from the third season

On Friday, July 3, on Apple TV comes the third season of Silo, Graham Yost’s mystery sci-fi, taken from Hugh Howey’s novels, 9 books gathered in a trilogy Wool, Shift and Dust. The third season will go on until 4 September with that weekly release of bets that fortunately Apple has not yet abandoned yielding to the desire of binges of the other platforms, but ultimately having less content is better to dose them.

The third season of “Silo” continues the saga of a dystopian society composed of 10,000 people who live underground in mysterious circumstances, while unveiling a history of the origins set centuries earlier. In the present, Juliette Nichols (Rebecca Ferguson) survives forced “cleaning”, but returns to amnesia while the silo recovers from rebellion and faces a new and dangerous threat. Meanwhile, in the “Times of First”, journalist Helen Drew (Jessica Henwick) and Congressman Daniel Keene (Ashley Zukerman) discover a conspiracy that drags them into a series of events with catastrophic and irreversible consequences.

In the cast of Silo we find Rebecca Ferguson, Common, Harriet Walter, Chinaza Uche, Avi Nash, Alexandria Riley, Shane McRae, Remmie Milner, Rick Gomez, Billy Postlethwaite and Clare Perkins. They join the cast of the third season Zukerman and Henwick, appeared in the final of the second season, along with Laura Innes, Jessica Brown Findlay, Morven Christie, Reed Birney and Matt Craven, with the return of Steve Zahn and Colin Hanks.
