Minerva – The School is the new Italian TV series of Netflix, coming soon and aiming to intercept that audience Young Adult that is increasingly fundamental for platforms because it also moves social consensus. The TV series is set in a military school in Naples and in the cast there are also Massimiliano Gallo and Cristina Capotondi. Minerva – The School is a teen drama series set in a military high school in Naples. A world that seems to belong to another era, where you are awakened at dawn for the flag, where you are not allowed mobile phones or civil clothes, where among the subjects there is military tactics and fencing lessons. Where love stories are forbidden and every mistake has a very high price. The protagonists of the series are Salvo (Ciro Minopoli), a boy of a family house who entered the school to discover the truth about the fate of his best friend; Vincenzo (Biagio Venditti), who wants to emulate his father’s military career; and Camilla (Margherita Buoncristiani), spoiled Milanese girl who was put in there by her father to be reformed.
Minerva – The School also speaks of adults, officers and civil teachers who are there to train boys, but who have to deal with their conscience, their fragility and their errors. In Military High School Minerva – The School students, taken to the limit, discover unexpected things about themselves. Every boy in there has ambitions, dreams. The school won’t help them realize them. The school will tell him if they were the right ones for them. In one word, it will make them great.
