When Eastern European criminals Oleg and Emil arrive in New York City to withdraw their share of the robbery, Oleg steals a video camera and starts filming their activities, both legal and illegal. When they find out how the American media circus can make it look like a victim, a ruthless killer and make it rich, they target the NYPD Homicide detective media expert Eddie Flemming and FDNY Jordy Warsaw fire marshal. They are those who investigate the murder of their former criminal partner, filming everything in order to sell images to television and create a real national case and at the same time become rich.
