On Sunday, July 19, Cine34 will air the Italian film “Under the Sun of Riccione” a comedy fruit of a collaboration between Netflix and Mediaset, which was released by the platform in 2020. The film is directed by YouNuts!, with Cristiano Caccamo, Davide Calgaro and Matteo Oscar Giuggioli among the protagonists. The appointment with the film is at about 21:05 on Cine34.
The film was never released at the cinema, as it was released directly on Netflix in July 2020. The soundtrack of the film is signed by Tommaso Paradiso, at the rate by the romantic songs of Thegiornalisti, from “Completely” to “Under the Sun of Riccione”.
Sotto il sole di Riccione, la trama
In Riccione in the heart of the Romagna Riviera in the summer children pour out from all over Italy and not. Among these is Ciro (Cristiano Caccamo) who arrives from the south and dreams of becoming a singer, tries an audition but something goes wrong and ends up becoming a lifeguard, attracting on itself the attentions of all the girls.
Marco (Saul Nanni) has always been in love with Guenda (Fotinì Peluso), but has never found the courage to declare himself. In his help will arrive Gualtiero (Andrea Roncato) playboy and restless lifeguard, decided to share his secrets with a boy who seems definitely missing audacity.
Vincenzo (Lorenzo Zurzolo) is a blind man who travels with his mother (Isabella Ferrari), an apprehensive and very protective woman. This year, however, Vincenzo decided to leave his mother under the umbrella and make friends: he meets Furio (Davide Calgaro) and his group, each different from the other but united by a great friendship.
