Thursday 23 July on 27 there will be the comedy “A simple desire“. The film is directed by Michael Ritchie with Martin Short and Mara Wilson as the protagonists. The appointment with the film is at about 21:10 on La5. The film (A Simple Wish in English) was released only in the United States in 1997, where it cashed just over $8 million. In Italy the film arrived directly on television.
Un Semplice Desiderio, la trama
One day Anabel, a bit of a joke, expresses a simple desire: to have a fairy all for itself. One day that desire will come true, but the fairy in question will be called Murray and yes, he is a man. Murray is an inexperienced fairy and does not know how to fulfill very well the wishes of his “master”.
This is why Anabel and Murray will end up in a spiral of accidents and comical situations. In the first line they will have to find a way to make the father of Anabel come back human, which by mistake has been transformed into a street, then they will have to fight against a bad witch and save the world..
