Life by Carlo, the fourth and last season on Paramount+

The last season of Vita da Carlo will be released on Paramount+ from 28 November. In the meantime, the director and actor are dedicating to his film, always for Paramount+, whose film is on. Life by Carlo – The final season will also be presented at the Film Festival of Rome is produced by Luigi and Aurelio De Laurentiis, created by Carlo Verdone, Nicola Guaglianone and Menotti; written by Carlo Verdone, Pasquale Plastino and Luca Mastrogiovanni and interpreted by Carlo Verdone himself who directs her in alternation with Valerio Vestoso.

Vita da Carlo – La stagione finale, la trama

The series resumes after the gaffe occurred in the third season, during the Sanremo Festival. Following the media gogna, Carlo, another illustrious victim of the era of culture, preferred to retire outside Italy, in Nice, and has no intention of returning. A wise choice that allowed him to reorder ideas and finally devote time to himself.

But it is precisely when Carlo has become accustomed to this self-imposed exile, that someone remembers him. The director general of the Experimental Cinematography Centre contacted him to offer him the directorship. Carlo accepts, he wants to reinvent himself and write a last deed worthy of his great history. His return to Italy goes unfair. Charles rediscovers the pleasure of walking in the streets of Rome without being stopped at every step for selfies and autographs. And he doesn’t mind.

All he is interested in is shaping the six young directors of the Experimental Centre, which represent the future of Italian cinema. However, it will be an enterprise far from simple. The generational gap is felt. Twenty-year-old students, who grew up in a society impregnated by politically correct, and Charles seem to speak two different languages. But Charles will not abandon and gradually gain consciousness that his true goal should not be rehabilitated in the eyes of public opinion but provide concrete help to the new talents of cinema, remaining behind the scenes. Carlo wants to change his mind to the six pupils, to show that he has so much to teach and will help them to realize their work before, a collective and experimental film that will tell the theme of loneliness.

But, among spiteful colleagues and compromises with the producers, the way to succeed will be long and full of stunts…To frame the new challenge of Carlo, the usual family problems. Chicco and Maddalena, sucked by parental duties and with a wedding to be organized; Annamaria and Sandra take hold with their love penis; John and Eve return from New Zealand with a great surprise. And of course, unfortunately – or fortunately – to solve their problems everyone always relies on one person: CARLO.
