Appuntamento con l’amore, la trama
The film is set in Los Angeles on the sweetest day of the year, Valentine’s Day, and tells the story of 10 different couples. The first consists of the florist Reed who asks his fiancée Morley to marry him, no one expected him, especially the two friends Ance and Julia. But soon Morley will change his mind radically, so he will come to leave him.
Meanwhile, Kate and Holden are on a plane to Los Angeles. He is the captain of the army, now on leave for a day, who will meet Kate on the plane and will offer her a ride on his limo, just landed.
Then there is Julia, a teacher in love with Dr. Copeland, but he’s hiding a secret: he’s married to Pamela and Julia doesn’t know. Julia will soon find a new “flamma”, it is her ten-year-old pupil, Edison, who will give her a bouquet of flowers.
Then there is Edison’s babysitter, Grace, who is going to do it for the first time with Alex, but not everything will be as if he imagined it. Willy and Felicia are two high school girls who prefer to wait before making love, and for this reason they are also interviewed by a television program.
Then there are the grandparents of Edison, Edgar and Estelle who will find themselves dealing with the problems that threaten their marriage. And finally there is Sean, an undeclared gay footballer who is planning to leave the sport with the help of Kara, his press officer, who every year organizes a feast against Valentine’s Day. This year, however, is different, Kate seems to be attracted to the mysterious Kevin. How will these peculiar, different, stories end? Will they survive Valentine’s Day?
