The Best of the World docu-series with Antoni Porowski arrived on Disney+ from 8 June, four episodes to tell and explore the world with the care of National Geographic. The docuserie is produced by Twofour, part of ITV Studios. Porowski is conductor and executive producer and will be on HULU in the USA and Disney+ worldwide.

Inspired by the annual list of the best Best of the World destinations in National Geographic, the series follows the winner of Emmy Antoni Porowski, known for his storytelling on food and culture, on his journey to discover what makes a destination truly unforgettable. From iconic places to hidden pearls, explore Mexico City, Paris, London and its native city, New York, looking for people, flavors and experiences that go beyond the pages of tourist guides.
Whether it’s an exclusive access within the big watch of Big Ben, an immersion in the secular art of dairy production from Quatrehomme Paris, a journey into a dreamy and surreal landscape at the Quetzalcoatl’s Nest in Mexico City or the delivery of medals along with volunteers of excellence at the finish of the New York Marathon, each stage reveals a vivid split of culture, the creative world.
“To travel has always been my way of understanding the world, and myself,” said Porowski. “Exploring these cities together with the people who consider them their home reminded me that what makes a place special is not only what you see, but also the people who meet and the stories they hear.”.
