Disclosure Day is the movie to go to the movies. Strictly in the dark of a room (with a good audio-video system) to appreciate its visual output, which enriches and completes the narrative force. Steven Spielberg (also author of the subject) returned to explore the relationship between man, secrets and space by building a story that is an emotional thriller immersed in a science fiction world.

Disclosure Day is a powerful film by a navigated director who knows how to make the audience feel excited. He plays with doubt and secrets, with the fear and charm of the unknown, knows that everything we cannot touch can be a nightmare like a dream, a control or power tool. The film is built wisely in every part of it. It has a powerful start, making us enter the story alive but without giving us too much explanation, it makes us know the various characters but without providing too much details. Then it expands, enters deep, gives you more relaxing moments and sometimes comical, begins to provide explanations and then take us to the final race.
If someone still wonders why cinema still makes sense to exist in the era of vertical and scrolling, Disclosure Day is the answer. Of course we must know how to welcome the director’s proposals, avoid looking for the easy gag from reel (which is always around the corner, because everything can be twisted in a comic key) and understand the background message of the film, the disruptive power of truth.
