Tony Dandridge is an ordinary man, a real estate agent, married to Katherine living in a quiet town. But when one of them, Suzie, manages to survive and escape, puts the police on the track of Tony who is killed by the agents before he can escape.

The only one who seems to believe her is Suzie’s mother, Doreen and between the two begins an ever closer relationship, while Doreen tries to discover the truth.
