Back the summer event of Rete 4 with Delitti in the Caribbean, the TV series that on Sky is called Delitti in the Tropici. In clear from Sunday 21 June will arrive the fourth season released in 2023 (passed on Sky the following year, where at the end of the month will arrive the seventh). With an eighth season of 4 episodes the series will close in 2017.
Tropicques Criminels is the original title of this 8-point TV series, the female set in the French Antilles sees as protagonist the commander of the Police Nationale Mélissa Sainte-Rose (Sonia Rolland), native to the Martinique, now in a stable plant in Fort-de-France with the two sons, after years in Paris.
In the capital of the island – in the heart of the archipelago of the Caribbean, part of the Small Antilles – Sainte-Rose is at the dependencies of Gaëlle Crivelli (Béatrice de La Boulaye), a very fumantine commander and little prone to the skewers. Mélissa and Gaëlle are the opposite of each other, but in couple they work well.

4×01 The Hippodrome: the Hippodrome of Fort-de-France, between stables and betting, is found the body of a cold man with two gunshots. Melissa and Gaëlle take the case in hand, moving between reserved boxes, rivalry between fans and owners from the matte past. The first tracks lead to gambling debts and a sale of horses ended badly, but the alibis do not rule and the interests in the field multiply: jealous sponsors, under pressure coaches, family divided by old grudges. While the autopsy reveals details that change the scenario, the two investigators recompose the plot: behind the glamour of racing, a hidden motive ready to explode.
4×02 The fugitive: Melissa is forced to flee: she was framed for a murder she did not commit. With the evidence against her and the pressure rising from now on, she leaves everything behind and moves in the shadows, changing paths and contacts not to be tracked. While the police tighten the circle, Melissa reconstructs the night of the crime, looking for an escaped detail and who wanted to put it in trouble. Among fragile alibis, tampered cameras and ambiguous testimonies, he understands that the only way to save himself is to find the real killer before others do so. And return to light with the truth in hand.
