The film was released in 2019, produced by Universal and cashed $48.9 million worldwide (40.8 only in the USA). In Italy the film has cashed only 50,5 thousand euros in the first three weeks of programming.
La Piccola Boss, la trama
The film tells the story of Jordan Sanders at the head of a great company. When the pressures of adult life become difficult to manage, she is offered the opportunity to return to being a 13-year-old, so as to relive some moments of her past.
In the film the protagonist is played by two actresses: the adult version is Regina Hall, the thirteen-year-old is Marsai Martin. The only person who knows Jordan’s secret is his assistant. Jordan as an adult is a tough one, which he developed as a girl, when he was bullied only because he was a brilliant and intelligent teenager. Now that she returned 13 years she will have a chance to confront some events of her past that made her the woman she is today.
