The Walking Universe Dead continues to expand with the third season of The Walking Dead: Dead City, the spin-off that brings back to the center of the story Maggie and Negan, played once again by Lauren Cohan and Jeffrey Dean Morgan. After two seasons between the ruins of Manhattan, the protagonists will have to understand not only how to survive but also how to try to build a future. The new season arrives on Sky and NOW from 28 July practically simultaneously with the USA where on AMC leaves on 26 July, so the release will be of a week, for a total of 8 bets and final on 13 September in the USA and 15 in Italy.
La trama
The events resume in a post-apocalyptic Manhattan still devastated by the years since the outbreak. For the first time Maggie and Negan decide to set aside, at least in part, their difficult past to try to build something new: a stable and prosperous community capable of offering hope to the survivors.
Their project, however, collides with a new threat represented by the expansion of New Babylon, while the fragile balance of the city is likely to collapse. With the chaos that goes back into the streets of Manhattan, Maggie and Negan will have to understand if they can really leave behind the rancours who have accompanied them for years or if their past will end once again to condemn the future of the city.
