Sunday 26 July 2026 on 20 will air the movie “Drive Angry“. The film is directed by Patrick Lussier with Nicolas Cage, Amber Heard and William Fichtner as the protagonists. The film, released in the theatres of the world in 2011, has cashed around $40.9 million worldwide, of which only $10 million in the US market. In Italy, instead, the film has cashed approximately 792 thousand euros.
Drive Angry, la trama
John Milton no longer has time, the leader of a satanic sect Jonah King killed his daughter and kidnapped his child. In the next three days King and his followers will sacrifice the child in a midnight ritual. Milton then travels and follows a lead that will take him to Oklahoma, to save a waitress who is called Piper by the violent boyfriend.
From Piper’s perspective there are some things that don’t go back to Milto: Milton’s license expired, he has a very special gun and is followed by an FBI agent who calls himself “The Accountant”. Piper therefore has to put together these mysterious elements as they approach more and more to Jonah King.
