Sean Vetter and Demetrius Hicks are members of the DEA that are fighting a drug war on the border between California and Mexico. The two know how to get away with their past, they grew up on the street before they became cops. When the DEA captures one of the main members of the cartel: “Memo” Lucero and imprison him in the United States, trigger a change at the top. Change will lead to the Diablo command, and soon they will be hunting him.
