Rosa Elettrica is perfectly part of the new course of Sky seriality: produced with popular taste, basic setting but with that attention to the typical details of the Sky world. The TV series in six episodes, a format that unlike other cases appears appropriate to the development of the story of a light-crime-thriller, is well wanted for the tight rhythm and the beautiful chemistry between the two protagonists. The couple Maria Chiara Giannetta and Francesco Di Napoli works both in the most action and in the lighter ones and represent the reason to move forward in the vision of the series.
The whole contour, however, does a little too much water, as if there was a narrative rush in the dama, creating a disequilibrium between scenes and reactions, but this excessive limes the hand on some situations, to the careful eye of a assiduous serial frequenter, makes it easier to discover the deception.
Rosa Elettrica takes inspiration from the novel by Giampaolo Simi published in 2007 that Rosario Rinaldo of Cross Production tried to adapt from 2008. The turning point came with the approach given by Giordana Mari and his group of authors who captured the spirit of the novel by telling through Rosa, thirty-year-old police officer of the witness protection department, still looking for his destiny, the insecurity and the precarious life of many of his peers. Mari who came from the realization of Bad Guy from which he resumed the tone veiled ironic and the passion for abandoned water parks.
Rosa Elettrica e i suoi protagonisti
Maria Chiara Giannetta is an insecure, doubtful Rosa, who tries to believe in herself and tries to complete the task that has been assigned to her, but she is also a girl who knows how to have fun, who wants to have fun, forced to grow and to doubt everything after an event that marked its existence. Francesco Di Napoli is Cocis, a criminal of the camorra who chose to repent but in the end he is still only a child, harder for appearance than by choice. Or at least that sounds like it.
Rosa Elettrica is a TV series of pure entertainment, which brings back the world Sky on a land that knows well as that of crime, but it expands it with a female protagonist, with a total lighter tone and with a road movie that will be complex to turn for the many locations but that does definitely effect.
