The series is a dark comedy thriller created and produced by David J. In the middle there is the story of Paula (Maslany), a newly divorced mother who plunges into a dangerous spiral made of blackmail, murder and youth football. Convinced that he has witnessed a crime – while at the same time he faces a hard battle for the custody of his daughter and an identity crisis – Paula begins his personal investigation, which could reveal a wider conspiracy and, at the same time, provide her with the keys to rebuilding her family and her sense of self.
