Sometimes in the world of TV series can always happen anything. So a few days after Matthew Rhys’ victory as the best player in a miniseries for The Beast in Me, the Netflix series has been renewed. But not in anthology mode like Beef but in serial mode as success with Big Little Lies. Matthew Rhys will not return but the second season will still have Claire Danes and her Aggie. Howard Gordon, co-creator with Daniel Pearle, has also signed a deal with Netflix for other projects.

Blackmere e Witch Hunt
Netflix UK announced the arrival of Blackmere, comedy thriller by Charlie Brooker (Black Mirror) with Rory Kinnear, Paddy Considine, Georgina Campbell and Lena Headey. Described as an absurd comedy traded for a serious thriller, he has at the center a tormented detective John Blackmere (Paddy Considine) who leaves the rainy Bleakford for London and hunts a serial killer who loves the rituals that killed his partner.
Also Netflix UK announced Witch Hunt with Sarah Lancashire, Abi Morgan and Sister, a dark thriller on a modern witch hunt. Lancashire will be August Howell, out of prison after 30 years for drowning the three daughters, descendant of the witches of Cambridge, but no one wants her back in the neighborhood and grows the anxiety that gave rise to a modern witch hunt in Cambridge. The police will have to contact Professor Wren Howell, the only daughter left alive, to understand what is happening.
Girl with the Dragon Tattoo
David Oyelowo and Viola Prettejohn will be the protagonists in The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo adaptation of the novels of Stieg Larsson for Sky, produced by Sony and Left bank. The series will be set today, at the centre of the journalist Blomkvist and hacker Salander investigating the disappearance that took place 30 years before Harrie Vanger from the family island.
The Parsifal Mosaic
HULU works in The Parsifal Mosaic inspired by Robert Ludlum’s novel Sam Worthington and Sofia Carson, written by Wes Tooke. In the middle, CIA agent Michael Havelock (Worthington) is ready to retire after years on the field, but discovers that his partner Jenna Karas (Carson) who has been secretly in love for years, has betrayed him. It begins to bring to light a global conspiracy.
