The collaboration between Netflix and Zerocalcare will continue with its third animated TV series, entitled Due Spicci and arriving on May 27 on the streaming platform. Announced during the presentation of the Netflix palimpsests, Due Spicci arrives after Cut along the edges and This world will not make me bad and represents an evolution in the story of the desperate millennials made by the cartoonist.
Produced by Movimenti Production, part of Banijay Kids & Family, in collaboration with BAO Publishing, Due Spicci sees the return of Zero, Armadillo, his consciousness, with the unmistakable voice of Valerio Mastandrea, and the historical characters of the universe of Zerocalcare. Interesting the choice of the title in English My two cents does not have the same meaning as Two Spices considering that it is a phrase that is said when you want to give an opinion on a topic.
In view of the release on Netflix, Zerocalcare will present the series at the International Book Fair in Turin on May 16 in the panel “Zerocalcare – Due Spicci e non solo”, a preview of the realization of this third project and deepening its journey of discovery and growth, both personal and professional, within the world of animated seriality.

Zero and Hiccups manage a small place, but economic problems, misunderstandings and personal lives that complicate more than they have to put both under pressure. The return of a figure from the past of Zero and unexpected responsibilities causes a situation already fragile, forcing everyone to confront difficult choices.

The launch of the Two Spicci poster took place in a very special way. In fact, Zerocalcare launched a 4-hour challenge to recover the poster fragments with a series of social clues. A way to grow the hpye and interest even if you had to be on the piece and ready to notice the proposal to really take part.
