You’ll probably be all still dealing with the many departures of last week, but there are others coming this week, now it seems to be in an endless vortex of TV series which is impossible to be behind. Week with important returns such as Euphoria on Sky/NOW and HBO Max with the third season (which is receiving so many negative criticisms in the USA), I Cesaroni on Channel 5 and The Law of Lidia Poet on Netflix.
Among the most interesting TV series coming there is Margo Ha trouble of irreverent and atypical family drama Apple TV with Michelle Pfeiffer, Elle Fanning, Nicole Kidman and Nick Offerman, produced by A24 and developed by David E. Kelley in short is a series with impeccable pedigree. Margo is an aspiring writer who quit university with a father ex wrestler, a former maid of Hooters and a newborn to maintain.
Beef’s second season will also arrive – The clash, Netflix anthology that sees in the cast Carey Mulligan and Oscar Isaac. The newly elected Ashley Miller (Cailee Spaeny) and Austin Davis (Charles Melton), both employed in a country club, remain involved in the marital crisis between their general manager Joshua Martín (Isaac) and his wife Lindsay Crane-Martín (Mulligan). Between favors and blackmails, the two couples try to get the approval of the billionaire owner of the exclusive club, President Park (Youn Yuh-jung), who in turn struggles to manage his own personal scandal linked to the second husband, Dr. Kim (Song Kang-ho).
Finally interesting new arrival on RaiPlay, Film Club of and with Aimee Lou Wood, a romantic comedy among movie lovers with a girl who has to decide whether what she seeks is love or friendship.
