The teenager Holly Hamilton is tired of moving each time her mother Jean, a single woman, suffers a disappointment of love caused by an ordinary man. To distract her mother from her last bad choice, Holly plans the perfect plan to make her find the perfect man. It is an imaginary and secret admirer who will love Jean and will increase his priceless self-esteem.
When the virtual relationship takes off, Holly will be forced to find a real person as her mother wants to meet her, so she decides to borrow the face of her charming uncle.
