The TV series is definitely Youth not to be missed on HBO Max in September. Sharon Horgan, an irreverent and talented Irish author, had already delighted us with Catastrophe, Divorce and especially Bad Sisters on Apple TV, now proposes back in front and behind the camera as a fifty-year-old divorced looking for sex and love while dealing with older parents and adult son. For true crime addicted there is Saman the hidden truth about the dramatic real story that upset Italy Saman Abbas, the 19-year-old Pakistani killed by the family clan for opposing a combined marriage and freely choosing who to love, with the original audio of the girl and the testimony of brother Haider. Produced by Aurora TV and directed by Francesca Mazzoleni and Gianluca Santoni.

The Drama, anti-romcom produced by A24 and directed by Kristoffer Borgli (Sick of Myself, Dream Scenario) with the ingenious pair Zendaya-Robert Pattison on the hypocrisy of the bourgeois class while a couple prepares to say the fateful “yes” in front of friends and relatives. But will they really be such or a bunch of wombs?
The docu side in addition to Saman is Diabolical: The Epstein Files film for 90 minutes on the crimes of Jeffrey Epstein, the network of sexual traffic he built and the serious systemic flaws that allowed abuses to prosecute for years.
