That’s where his story begins.
Il nostro commento al film

After films like Rocketman and Better Man, there is a new way to make musical biopics that are irreverent, self-ironic and not celebratory, or better show a star of music not at its peak but when it touched the bottom, to make it more human and close to us. Michael instead moves on safer, solid soils, without excessive waste and avoiding all the controversy that pervaded Jackson’s life and career, relegated to a possible second incoming part. All these choices have made critique twist.
Jafaar puts us soul and body and literally becomes his uncle, with his magnetism and his motives that struck millions of people all over the world. At the same time, however, it is perhaps exactly what Thriller’s fans wanted: it shows the revenues and the success of the audience. What did not happen with the Universal Back to Black experiment on Amy Winehouse, another controversial figure that left us too young.
