Year 2049, Italy, the actress Emanuela Fanelli has disappeared from the scenes for a while, she has 63 years and lives isolated in Aosta, but no one knows why, so a documentary about her life is made. This is a pity the comedy coming from October 2 on HBO Max, presented at the Venice Film Festival. A comedy that plays with the boundary between reality and fiction and builds a sort of autobiography that never really happened. A documentary proves in fact to reconstruct the story that led the actress to withdraw from public life, starting from a mysterious scandal that would completely change her career. The story proceeds through an alternation of archive materials, interviews, TV fragments and invented reconstructions, mixing real characters and imaginary situations.
