Tonight on TV Thursday, October 22, 2026 on Rai Movie is airing the film Always Friends – The Upside remake American of 2017 of a successful French comedy, Quasi Amici – Intouchables of 2011 written and directed by Olivier Nakache and Eric Toledano. The American version was named Neil Bruger while the protagonists are Bryan Cranston and Kevin Hart taking over Francois Cluzet and Omar Sy. At the base of the whole project there is a true story, told by Abdel Sellou in his novel. Presented at the Toronto Film Festival the film was released only in 2019 in the middle of the scandal that overwhelmed producer Harvey Weinstein. In the world he cashed 121 million, in Italy he went directly on Prime Video.
