Wednesday, July 8, 2026 on IRIS will air the film “Collateral Beauty” part of the cycle “Visioni d’autore” on the air every Thursday. The film is directed by David Frankel with Will Smith, Edward Norton and Kate Winslet as the protagonists. The date with the film is at 21:10 on the Iris channel.

Collateral Beauty, la trama
Following a personal tragedy, an important leader of a New York advertising agency (Will Smith) decides to live his life without the enthusiasm of the past. At that point, some of his friends (Edward Norton, Kate Winslet, Michael Peña) devise a drastic plan to prevent him from losing interest in everything and to save the agency from financial collapse. Pushing him to the limit, they will force him to confront the truth with deep and surprising human ways, and perhaps they will unexpectedly do it themselves.
They discover that man sends strange letters addressed to “Love”, “Time” and “Morte” and hire some actors to give body to his moods. Howard convinces himself to attend a support group. Here he knows Madeleine who has experienced the same dramatic loss and who urges him to recognize “Love” as a fundamental element to continue to live
