A little comedy, a little romance, a little thriller Hit Man – Killer by chance, arrives on Rai 3 Thursday 8 October 2026. A perfect movie to spend a relaxed, relaxing, fun and without too much pretense, alone or in company, as we said at the time of the release in the review is a movie to see with a cocktail in hand.
Presented out of competition at the Venice Festival 2023, Hit Man – Killer by chance, is freely inspired by a story as absurd as true: the point is in fact a black story about the story of a mythical professor of philosophy who, unbeknownst to all, pretends to be a hit man. From this idea director Richard Linklater (Boyhood and trilogy Before dawn, Before Sunset-Before Midnight) and Glen Powell write a script that created a film that combines elements of various genres: noir, romantic, thriller, robbery, action and comedy. Powell that we will soon see in the comedy Chad Powers, a TV series for Hulu where he is a football player who must reinvent himself after a scandal and pretends to be another person.
