Bela Bajara for 10 years at Netflix, content manager (including TV series), was fired by Netflix and replaced by Peter Rice. A move similar to what was done in 2020 when it was sent away after 18 years Cindy Holland (artist of the first successes of the platform). Bajara has expanded the international content of the platform, rooted in Netflix in the territories, contributing to position it in the arena of entertainment over movies and TV series. Overall Netflix sent away 1000 employees, as Variety wrote, a symptom of a business problem in the platform that is growing less than expected. But growth cannot be infinite, competition exists, price rises and objectively Netflix increasingly resembles a great hypermarket in which you struggle to find something.
